Cooking Directions:
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove seafood mix from package before thawing. Place seafood mix in a container and thaw under refrigeration for 8 hours. Product temperature should not exceed 45°F. For quick thawing, place seafood mix in a colander and rinse under cold water for 5 to 7 minutes. For best results. pat dry with paper towel before cooking. DO NOTREFREEZE. HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw Seafood Mix as directed, rinse and pat dry. Bring 1 quart of water to a boil and add 1 pound of BOIL Seafood Mix. Immediately reduce heat to low and allow to simmer uncovered for 2-3 minutes. Empty contents into a colander under cool running water. Do not overcook. Seafood mix is intended to be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F. Thaw Seafood Mix as directed, rinse and pat dry. PAN FRY For pan frying, place in sauté pan with a small amount of olive oil at medium to medium high heat and cook until opaque and firm. Generally about 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not overcook. Seafood Mix is intended to be fully cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F prior to consumption.
