COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to be prepared. Do not refreeze.

Place oven rack in center of oven. Preheat oven to 425° F. Place frozen cod in a single layer on a shallow metal baking pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Turn over and bake an additional 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
