BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Ovens vary - Adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165°F. Measure temperature in several spots using a food thermometer. Instructions are for one product at a time. Leftovers should be refrigerated immediately. Reheat to 165°F prior to consumption.
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Remove all packaging.
3. Place directly on the middle rack in oven. For a softer crust, flatbread can be placed on a pan.
4. Allow flatbread to cook for 12-15 minutes depending on oven.
5. Ensure flatbread has thoroughly cooked, cheese is bubbling, and flatbread has reached 165°F prior to removing from oven.
6. Let stand and serve.
CAUTION: FLATBREAD WILL BE HOT.
