COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: THAWING INSTRUCTIONS (PREFERRED): Remove portions from vacuum wrap, place on plate and cover with plastic wrap. Place the portions in the refrigerator for. 8-10 hours or until thawed. BAKE Preheat oven to 375ºF. Place fish in oiled baking dish and season to taste. Bake for 8 lo 12 minutes, until fish flakes when pierced with a fork, Fully cooked fish should have an internal temperature of 145°F.

• PAN FRY Heat oil to 375°F. If desired, season flour or cornmeal with your favorite herbs & spices, salt and pepper. Dip fish in flour or cornmeal, and try until golden brown (approximately 1-3 minutes per side), Remove and serve hot.
