INGREDIENTS: FLOUNDER (Limanda aspera), BLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR, CANOLA OIL, WHEAT FLOUR, WATER, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, CORN FLOUR, SALT, DEXTROSE, SUGAR, LEAVENING (SODIUM ACID PYROPHOSPHATE, SODIUM ALUMINUM PHOSPHATE, SODIUM BICARBONATE), YEAST, EGGS, SOY FLOUR, ONION, GARLIC. CONTAINS: FISH (FLOUNDER), WHEAT, EGG, SOY CONTAINS BIOENGINEERED FOOD INGREDIENTS.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: For best results, cook from frozen. If thawed, reduce baking time 3-4 minutes. Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not refreeze after thawing. BAKE DEEP FRY AIR FRY COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. (For convection oven, reduce cooking time by approximately 2 minutes). Heat oil to 360°F. Fry for approximately 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Place 3-4 pieces in air fryer. Fry for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature is at least 145°F. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Note: While we make every effort to remove all bones, some bones may still be present.
