Coking Instructions: Cook from frozen to internal temperature of 160°F for food safety and quality. Do not microwave. To Pan Fry: Heat 1/8-inch oil in frying pan over medium-high heat. Place Schnitzel in skillet. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Drain on paper towel before serving. To Deep Fry: Heat oil to 350°F. Place Schnitzel in fryer and cook 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel before serving.
