INGREDIENTS: EGG SPAETZLE (DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA, PASTEURIZED EGG), POWDERED SUNFLOWER OIL PREPARATION (SUNFLOWER OIL, GLUCOSE SYRUP, SODIUM CASEINATE SILICON DIOXIDE), WHEY, DEHYDRATED BUTTON MUSHROOMS (PIECES AND POWDER), POTATO STARCH, ROASTED ONION, SALT, NATURAL FLAVOR, YEAST EXTRACT, WILD PORCINI MUSHROOM POWDER, ONION POWDER, CARAMEL COLOR, DEHYDRATED CHIVE, ROASTED GARLIC POWDER, BLACK PEPPER POWDER. CONTAINS: WHEAT, EGG, MILK. MAY CONTAIN SOY, CRUSTACEAN SHELLFISH (SHRIMP).

Instructions:

STOVE TOP: In a medium pot (8 inch diameter) pour the contents of the pouch in 2% cups (540 ml) of cold unsalted water. Bring to a boil and cook, over medium heat, uncovered for 11-13 minutes. Stir occasionally until water is completely absorbed. Serve without draining. Garnish with butter and cheese if desired. Cooking time may vary depending upon the kind of the heating source used

MICROWAVE: In an appropriate container (about 2 quart) pour the contents of the pouch in 2½ cups (540 ml) of cold unsalted water. Stir well and cook uncovered on high for 12-13 minutes, until water is completely absorbed. MUST BE FULLY COOKED.
