To Cook in Skillet: Heat 1 Tbsp, olive oil in skillet. Add frozen eggplant cutlet and brown 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Turn to brown both sides.
To Cook in Oven: Place frozen cutlets in preheated oven. Bake 450°F for 13 minutes.
