HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove all packaging before thawing. For best results, thaw fish in a covered pan in the refrigerator around 6-12 hours, or until thawed. For quick thawing, place in a reclosable bag and submerge in a pan of cold water (approx. 20 min). Do not thaw fish at room temperature. Rinse and pat dry before use. Use within 1-2 days once thawed. Do not refreeze.
