Preparation Instructions SKILLET / DEEP FRY: Fry fritter in preheated vegetable oil. Cook fritter for approximately 5 ½ minutes or until fritter floats and reaches 160°F internal temperature. AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray or brush patties with oil. Place patties in air fryer and Brook for o minutes on one side. Flip patties and continue cook- ing for an additional 5 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray or brush patties with oil. Place patties on baking sheet and transfer to oven for 15 minutes or until 160°F internal temperature.
