COOKING DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 450°F. 2. In an ungreased 1½ quart casserole dish, combine 2 cups boiling water, 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, ½ cup 2% milk, cheese pouch and seasoning mix. 3. Stir to combine and add potato slices. 4. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until top is light brown and potatoes are tender.* 5. Remove from oven (sauce will thicken upon standing) and let stand for a few minutes before serving. *Bake 5 minutes longer for a more golden brown top. and softer potatoes.
